Special Collections is based in the Arts and Social Sciences Library of the University of Bristol. We hold over 5km of materials, ranging from archives to printed books, photographs to oil paintings, covering the period from the twelfth century to date.
Amongst our holdings is the Feminist Archive South. We are open to researchers with links with the University of Bristol and external researchers as well. We ask that people make an appointment to view our collections, as we have a small reading room, and also materials may well need to be ordered from offsite.
